While many system administrative duties can be handled completely by your team, Alternate Access can assist you via remote support or on-site support (as needed). Advanced and Refresher Training courses are available, and Annual Support Agreements are provided to help you plan and manage support costs over time.
Alternate Access customers can receive an initial support agreement with their installation. It is a ‘peace of mind’ policy for business owners; they can be assured that any issues or questions that arise will be taken care of and not put off due to high support costs. There are several different types of affordable support agreements offered depending upon each client’s specific needs. Support agreements are renewed on an annual basis.
