Our products are open system designed and can support the widest variety of telephone sets on the market. Commercial quality analog telephone sets are a low cost alternative and can meet most telephony needs. They have Digital Caller ID displays, programmable function buttons, message waiting lights full-duplexed speaker phones and head set jacks. If your needs are more specific to call centers or remote offices, our Voice over IP Telephone sets may fit the bill. If your need to reuse digital telephone sets you already own, we have interfaces to support models from companies such as Avaya, Nortel, NEC, Toshiba and Siemens. Telephone User Interface (TUI) Functionality

The Telephone User Interface of TeleVantage incorporates the phone set with a robust interactive menu to allow users to access TeleVantage features without using the Desktop Client.  Telephone users can interact with TeleVantage using simple key presses to transfer calls, create conferences, record calls, etc.  Users can access their email and store, forward, delete or respond to voice messages.  The ‘friendly voice’ is always there to guide users through menu choices when needed.

This feature-rich menu allows even remote users, such as salespersons logging on to TeleVantage from a cell phone to access advanced features such as call routing and personal status that inform callers what the user’s status is at any given time.

When calls are routed to a user’s cell or remote phone, they still maintain call control with the same abilities to record calls, transfer calls back to an office extension or automatically call back someone who has left a message.
